    First, we check that your firm name is available. The category your firm can register in depends on your experience and your firm's situation. If your documents are complete, it takes approximately 2 weeks.

    Firm Renewal

    We help you renew your firm's licence. If you need it, we can also guide you on engineer attachment. Approximately 2 weeks.

    Firm Upgradation

    We check whether your firm is eligible for a higher category. This includes your work orders from the last 3 years. Then we prepare the documents and send them to PEC. The time depends on the category and the documents.

    Firm Sell / Purchase

    Buying or transferring an existing PEC-registered firm, following PEC rules. You tell us what you need and which category you prefer. A-TEC takes care of the next steps and the documents.

Common Questions

How long does the work take?

Approximately 15 days if your documents are complete (as stated in PEC's own guidance). For services such as Firm Upgradation, the time depends on the category and the documents. This is an estimate. The actual time depends on the PEC process.

Do I need to visit your office?

In most cases, no. The process can be completed on WhatsApp and online.

How will I know the total cost?

Official PEC fees, A-TEC's consultancy charges and any other requirement are explained clearly at the Fee Confirmation step.

How do I receive my licence?

The licence is sent by courier to the postal address given to PEC.

What do you do with my information?

We use your information only in connection with your request.
